Rick has successfully transitioned industries and cultures, developed world-class teams numbering 50 - 1,000 members and delivered measurable and documented high-growth performance. Along with his wife Debbie, he has successfully moved 11 times professionally in pursuit of career advancement and new global leadership opportunities.

The pinnacle of his success at UPS was as Vice President of Sales for the Asia Pacific Region, responsible for 13 countries and $1.75B in revenue; growing the region by +29%. Rick and his wife Debbie lived and worked in Singapore as expatriates.
Following UPS Rick served as Sr. Vice President of International for Melaleuca – The Wellness Company. He was responsible for the full P&L of all business operations in Asia and Europe. Highlights included +55% growth in revenues in less than 3 years to over $425M and rapid expansion of a retail store network by +23% to 60 branded retail store outlets throughout Asia.
Most recently Rick served as the Chief Sales Officer, and a member of the Global Executive Management Board, of Kelvion, Inc.; a Private-Equity-owned (Triton Partners, Frankfurt), Germany-based global manufacturer of heat exchange solutions and products. Rick led the transformation of the Global Sales & Marketing organization using a customized “Accelerated Value Creation and Growth Model” that he created and customized from his collective professional experiences. This led to the successful milestones of surpassing €1B+ in global Order Intake and leading the development and execution of a prioritized Data Center / Mission Critical growth strategy that delivered €110M+ in global Order Intake in 2021 (from a starting point of <€1M in 2017) and grew to $350M in 2023. This growth was driven by the development and expansion of GOOGLE and other key Data Center and Crypto-Currency infrastructure developers.

He built global Sales & Marketing organizations, introduced missing Sales fundamentals and processes, engineered Sales Operations tools and performance management systems, and delivered accelerated business and financial performance.
