Her professional journey includes founding Experience Activation, a consultancy dedicated to enhancing customer experiences and assuming the roles of COO and Director of Consulting at an experience management firm in Minneapolis, MN. Notably, she also held pivotal positions such as President of DCA Stanton, a notable benefits and compensation administrator, and various senior management roles within Marquette Financial Companies.


With over 25 years of hands-on experience in business leadership and operations, Nadine delivers streamlined, results-oriented solutions.
